This is the current view of how the semester will proceed, but the schedule will be adjusted from time to time. Do not rely on a saved or printed copy; the truth is always here: https://ling-blogs.bu.edu/lx422s21/grad/.

Generally, the topics we will cover in the section will track those we cover in the main class time, but often we will read (excerpts of) papers or chapters for discussion. The homework assignments will generally be just to come up with 2-3 comments/questions for discussion based on what we are reading that week.

The meeting time has been changed to be Tuesdays after the regular class, from 4:55 to 5:45. And there is a gap of a couple of weeks near the beginning of the semester. The section will not meet when there are Graduate Research Forum meetings, which is why there are a couple of other gaps. You may consider the GRF a grad section field trip if you wish.
